An European company (PMA) dealing with repair & services of rotating equipment within South East Asia Region urgently require the followings:

MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR

Qualification: Experiences in handling the mechanical works or overhaul, services and repair of gas/ steam turbines, compressors, pumps, other rotating equipment.
General requirements :
1. Graduated S-1 in mechanical engineering background with 5 Years Experience in rotating equipment or Graduated D-3 in mechanical background with 8 - 10 years experiences in rotating equipment.
2. Familiar with turbo machineries repair works and applied engineering matters
2. Able to communicate actively in the English language and computer literate
3. Willing to relocate and work at Cikampek, West Java
4. Preferably with companies background in oil and gas, petrochemical industry, power plant, fertilizer Plant, engineering services, heavy industries or other similar
5. Consistently to follow and obey the HSE matters at shop and site
6. Familiar with ISO 9001 – 2000 & 14001 procedures and implementation

OIL & GAS OPPORTUNITY


We immediately require suitable candidates to fill the following positions:


§ Instrument Engineer (SIE)

§ Electrical Engineer (SEE)

§ Process Engineer (SPE)


General Requirements:

§ Computer Literate (MS Office, Visio, AutoCAD etc) is a must

§ Good English for both conversation & correspondence is a must

§ Good administration / communication / interpersonal skills

§ Willing to be located in Jakarta and site


Specific Requirements:

1. Education Min S1 Psychic / Electrical / Chemical Engineering.

2. Min. 3 years experience as electrical/ instrument/ process design engineer in project or tender FEED/ EPC in oil & gas or petrochemical industry.

3. Ability to design, analysis, development & optimization for oil & gas industry and instrument & control system such as PLC, DCS and SCADA.

4. Familiarity and experience with codes and standards related to oil & gas industry such GPSA, API, ANSI, NFPA, ISA, IEC, ISO, AGA, IEEE, NEC, etc.

5. Ability to use software application such as INTOOLS, INSTRUCALC, HYSYS, ASPENPLUS, PIPESIM, ETAP, EDSA and others software for design, analysis and sizing instrument/electric al.

6. Familiarity and experience to interpretation and review scope of work tender document and implement design process/electric/ instrument based on requirement from client.

7. Familiarity and experience with regional and international codes and standards.

8. Familiarity with engineering drawing.

9. Familiarity and experience with instrument tools and general measurement (TRANSMITTER, SWITCH, CONTROL VALVE, etc) related to design, operation and maintenance.

10. Ability to prepare BOM, calculation, analysis, diagram & cost estimation and man hour / schedule for instrumentation work.

11. Familiarity with QA/QC conditions for engineering jobs.
